GitHub released a technical preview of Copilot, an AI tool inside the VS Code editor that suggests whole lines and functions as you type. It was built with OpenAI and powered by OpenAI Codex, a model trained on public source code. It worked best with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby and Go.
